Form 1099
Any business who engages a subcontractor, outside labor or any person who performs work
which isn't an employee of that business may be subject to receiving a Form 1099.
We can determine eligibility for receiving a 1099 and process them for recipients in a timely
manner by the deadline of January 31st.
